On Site Solar

Onsite solar power (also referenced as Distributed Power) can provide compelling customer benefits because the highest value kWh is the one a customer doesn’t have to purchase from the utility – this is especially true with the ever-increasing cost of “peak energy demand charges”.

With onsite solar the solar modules are mounted on your rooftop, on parking canopies or they can be mounted on the ground. You can own the system or we can provide you with a PPA.

Independent Energy Producer (IEP)

We will provide you with the opportunity to become or participate as an IEP. Real estate holdings, such as business / industrial centers, shopping centers and multi-family housing can gain numerous advantages from the installation of solar PV.

• Increase cash flow by selling renewable energy to tenants; reduce common area energy charges and monetization of tax incentives.

Offsite Solar PPA

For those clients that don’t have sufficient area at their site on which to install an onsite solar system, E8 Solar can create a remote solar energy solution. The client enters into a long-term PPA and power is delivered to your facility or facilities via your Energy Service Provider, with contingencies to provide default electricity to power your facilities at times when the renewable energy system is not generating power (such as at night).

With Offsite Solar, you will receive long-term energy savings and a hedge against volatility, and accrue the other benefits associated with renewable energy.

Project Partnerships

We partner with property owners to develop solar PV projects, on their property that result in a long-term revenue stream, to the property owner through a land or rooftop lease. We make the process easy by taking care of all aspects of the project from design/engineering, permitting, construction, and interconnection efforts, O&M to completion of the long term PPA.
